Jam feedback bug fixes - v1.0.5

Fixed several bugs from the feedback phase of the jam. Game is conceptually unchanged, but more stable and acts more like players expect
- Stars are now cleansed after being *dashed through*. Neutral collisions from running jumping and falling should no longer affect the stars
- Holding dash *in* a star no longer does the crazy infinite dash-in-place
- Mouse controls now have keyboard alts: J for dash, K for tilt
         note: mouse placement currently has no effect. Considering for future update

- Fixed strange behavior when dashing in cutscene room
- Doors are no longer active during death / reset, should no longer cause rare issues when entering when "dead"
- Should have fixed issue where gloom is stuck rolling forever
- Shrank physics box width to match glooms sprite, not the godot default sprite
- Fixed typo in credits

If the gameplay is stable after this update, next I want to do a pass on the rooms
I want to add more rooms of different kinds, fix a bunch of iffy ones, and make better tutorial rooms
